Under the direction of Stefano Tinagli and Irene Bacci, the Osteria offers typical Tuscan cuisine, with meat, fish, and pizzas cooked in the irreplaceable wood-burning oven. STEFANO
Stefano is the heart of the kitchen, with over 27 years of experience in preparing traditional Tuscan dishes. His philosophy is based on the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, focusing on quality and authenticity. Stefano is deeply connected to his roots and places great importance on Tuscan tradition, striving to keep alive the flavors and culinary techniques passed down through generations, enriching them with a modern and personal touch.
IRENE
Irene, in addition to being a co-owner, takes care of the dining area, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and pampered.
